New Students
· No appointment or experience is necessary, show up 15 minutes before your first class.
· Bring a large bath or beach towel, water, and a yoga mat (if you have one).
· Wear light and comfortable workout clothes, shorts and a tank top are best.
· Do not eat 2-3 hours before class, but do drink plenty of water before class.
· Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat, work hard and feel great!
Bottled water, pure coconut water, yoga mats & yogitoes are sold at the studio. We do have showers, rest room and changing facilities.Our studio is hot (apx. 105`F) but its not " too hot." We have a roof mounted 300,000 btu gas furnace that mixes outside fresh air with the heated air. So you can still breath.
Try to come at least 3 times on your first week and commit to practice as many classes as your schedule is allowed for the following few months.
