At Sammamish Hot Yoga, we have a cutting edge heating and ventilation system inside the yoga studio. The studio is hot, approximately 105 degree F. We went to great lengths to research how to properly heat, humidify and sanitize the yoga room making sure that a constant stream of fresh heated air is circulating, so you can focus on your yoga practice.
Routine cleaning & sanitizing studio floor after each class including shower stalls, bathroom & dressing rooms.
In addition, we have UV lights (similar to what’s used in tanning beds) mounted inside the return ducts that the air passes through to kill mold and bacteria to keep the room fresh and clean. No other studio in the area has this type of system or its amazing capabilities!

This Hot Yoga class features a series of 26 Postures including 2 Breathing exercises derived from the 84 Classic Asanas & 3 Pranayama exercises of theGhosh Tradition Hatha Yoga System. (Alignment, Stillness & Sequence)
Our yoga room is heated to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This class is recommended for everyone, from the first time beginners to the advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at the different levels of ability and receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you find.
Our yoga room is heated in Power Yoga class but not as hot as Hot Yoga. This class incorporates Asanas into a continuous flow style. Hot Power Yoga is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for students of all levels. Men and women (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. Men especially like this class which is very complementary to our 90 min. Hot Yoga class.
Our yoga room is gently heated in the Yin Yoga class. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that complements our Hot and Power classes by maintaining and increasing range of motion, especially in the spine and hips. In our Yin Yoga class you can expect to gently, but consistently, stimulate the connective tissues of the body, which encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints. It recharges the body's energetic system and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state.
