New Students:


  • No appointment or experience is necessary, show up 15 minutes before your first class.


  • Bring a large bath or beach towel, water, and a yoga mat (if you have one)


  • Wear light and comfortable workout clothes, shorts & a tank top are best.


  • Do not eat 2-3 hours before class, but do drink plenty of water before class.


  • Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat, work hard & feel great!
