Power Yoga     60/90 minutes:

Our yoga room is heated in Power Yoga class but not as hot as Hot Yoga.  This class incorporates Asanas into a continuous flow style.  Hot Power Yoga is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for students of all levels. Men and women (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. Men especially like this class which is very complementary to our 90 min. Hot Yoga class. 

 

Hot Yoga   75/90 minutes:

Our yoga room is heated to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury.  The Hot Yoga class is recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability and receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you find.

 

Yin Yoga  

Our yoga room is gently heated in the Yin Yoga class. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that complements our Hot and Power classes by maintaining and increasing range of motion, especially in the spine and hips. In our Yin Yoga class you can expect to gently, but consistently, stimulate the connective tissues of the body, which encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints. It recharges the body's energetic system and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state.
